In the XRD spectrum of the original powder mixtures, there are the diffraction peaks of Fe with body-centered cubic crystal structure and Tm 2 O 3 with cubic crystal structure. The diffraction peaks of Tm 2 O 3 and Fe are broadened and reduced in intensity with increasing ball-milling time.
